Having been interested in the Natural World from a young age, i decided to take up photography in 2004. And i have been self taught learning from my mistakes and there were many (laughing)

I applied my knowledge and skills from a young boy, through watching Mammals & Birds body language and how they interact with each other..

And some of the stalking skills i aquired then have also been applied now in capturing that image through Digital Photography. I spend a lot of time in the field assessing and choosing my next location, as this ground work is important to achieve my goal of capturing that particular mammal or bird in flight or feeding.

And i have seen the progression that i have made! And the results and personal satisfaction from this type of photography brings endless joy: and is great for clearing all that stress that accumulates in our daily lives...
